    Mercedes-Benz India launches C-Class Edition C starting at Rs. 42.54 lakhs

    Mercedes-Benz India, the leading luxury car maker in India has launched the new C-Class Edition C range in the domestic car market. The new Mercedes-Benz C-Class Edition C models have a price range of Rs. 42.54 lakhs, which goes up to Rs. 46.87 lakhs for the top trim (prices ex-showroom pan-India). The new Edition C boasts of an array of exterior as well as interior updates and changes which heightens the sporty character of the popular C-Class even further. The newly launched Mercedes C-Class Edition C is being offered in India in three model trims, namely the C 200, the C 220 d and the C 250 d Avantgarde.

The newly launched Mercedes C-Class Edition C is being offered in India in three model trims, namely the C 200, the C 220 d and the C 250 d Avantgarde.

    The German luxury auto major has also added a new body color option on the newly launched Mercedes-Benz C-Class Edition C models has added yet another exciting paint scheme to the C-Class - the Designo Hyacinth Red to make the luxury car look even more alluring. The new C-Class 'Edition C' was launched by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Mercedes-Benz India, Mr. Roland Folger. The new C-Class Edition C models are now available for sale at all the authorized Mercedes dealerships across the country.

    The exterior styling updates of the C-Class 'Edition C' are meant to offer it a sportier visual appeal. The exterior changes include a front apron spoiler, a rear spoiler finished in black, gloss black 5-twin-spoke light alloy wheels and of course the Edition C badging at the back.

     

    Mercedes-Benz is offering the Night Package with the Edition C models. The Night Package comprises of features like front twin louvres, beltline, mirror housings as well as side skirts finished in sporty black. The C-Class’ new edition models also boast of attractive LED logo projector for the front doors to welcome the occupants with the lighted Mercedes-Benz logo.

    On the inside, the sporty and sophisticated enhancements continue on the C-Class new Edition C. The added noteworthy features in the cabin of the Edition C models include Open-pore black ash wood trim, sporty stainless steel Sports pedals along with embossed rubber studs for convenience and grip and a premium Garmin Map Pilot SD card navigation system which is offered as a standard feature across all the Edition C variants.

    While speaking on the launch of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Edition C, Folger said that the C-Class had been a great success in the Indian car market and has already managed to sell more than 27,500 units since it was first launched in India. He added by saying that the company is confident that the 'Edition C' will help retaining the bestselling status of the C-Class and the judicious customers will find the Edition C to be offering a lot more value.
