MG Cyberster Expected Price Range In India | V3Cars
MG Motor are expected to launch the Cyberster in India in the second half of 2025, marking their entry into the premium electric sportscar space. The Cyberster is expected to be offered in a single top-spec GT variant and will make its India debut as a Completely Built Unit (CBU).

2025 MG Cyberster Expected Price Breakdown
We expect the Cyberster to be priced between ₹80 lakh to ₹85 lakh (ex-showroom). Here's a simplified breakdown based on variant positioning:

|
This would make it the most expensive MG car in India to date, priced well above the Gloster and M9, but still lower than most European sportscar rivals.
Why We Expect This Price Range
MG are likely to price the Cyberster between ₹80 lakh and ₹85 lakh (ex-showroom) to position it as accessible luxury in the performance EV space. With the BMW Z4 — a direct format rival — starting at ₹92.90 lakh, MG will need to undercut it meaningfully to justify its electric proposition and brand positioning.
This price range also fits naturally within MG’s evolving product strategy, as the brand prepares to introduce higher-segment models like the M9 MPV, which is expected to be priced around ₹70–75 lakh. Placing the Cyberster above it reinforces its flagship status, while still keeping it below the crore mark — a key psychological threshold in the luxury segment.

Cyberster — How It Compares with Rivals
The BMW Z4 remains the most directly comparable model based on form factor and pricing. However, unlike the Z4’s 3.0L inline-6 petrol engine and RWD layout, the Cyberster offers AWD grip and instant electric torque, with a substantially quicker claimed 0–100kmph time.

New MG Cyberster Top Features
The Cyberster is not just about performance. It also brings a feature set that aligns with its futuristic design theme:
- Electric scissor doors
- Triple Display Layout:
- 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster
- Two 7-inch side screens angled toward the driver
- 360° parking camera
- Convertible soft-top design
These elements reinforce its visual and experiential identity as a modern, performance-focused EV.
MG Cyberster Battery & Performance Specs
The MG Cyberster GT will come with a dual-motor all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup that delivers 510PS of power and 725Nm of torque. MG claim a 0–100kmph acceleration time of just 3.2 seconds, placing it firmly in the high-performance category. The WLTP-certified driving range stands at 443km on a full charge.
