When running on petrol the engine is capable of offering peak power of 170 hp and top torque of 202 Nm. On the other hand, while using ethanol it generates 176 hp and 221 Nm. The generated power gets transmitted to all the 4 wheels of the baby SUV through a 6 speed torque converter automatic transmission, while paddle shifters are also offered as standard. The AWD addition has increased the SUV’s weight by a hefty 110kg than the regular Indian EcoSport version, and makes it weigh 1469kg. The suspension set-up has been revamped considerably as well to add to the off-roading capabilities. As per Ford, there is an improvement of 15 percent in shock absorption and 40 percent reduction in steering wheel vibration.

The equipment list is same as that of the range topping EcoSport Titanium variant and includes features like automatic headlights, height adjustable driver's seat, multifunction steering wheel and an 8.0 inch Sync3 touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support and navigation.
Safety features include 7 airbags, ABS with EBD, hill-assist, an anti-rollover, traction control, stability control system, parking assist with reverse camera and more.
