If you’re waiting for the new 2024 Hyundai Creta facelift, then your wait is likely to be very short. Hyundai have confirmed an event for the media on January 16, 2024 and it’s most likely the reveal of the Creta 2024 facelift.

Kia Seltos got its mid life update a few months ago and now it’s time for the Creta to undergo a refresh. The most notable changes we’re expecting in the new Creta facelift are:

Other than these features, the Creta is already pretty sorted in terms of features and it’s one of the most loaded cars in its segment. With the introduction of the Astor, Elevate and Seltos facelift, the Creta is feeling a little lacking as it doesn't have ADAS. but, it’ll soon get the ADAS features within the 2024 update.
Moreover, the Creta is also one of the few cars in the segment that doesn’t have a large displacement turbo petrol engine. In the C-segment SUV space, the Astor, Seltos, Taigun and Kushaq have this engine option. Since the discontinuation of the 1.35L turbo petrol engine in April 2023, the Creta is making do with only the 1.5L turbo diesel and the 1.5L normal petrol engine options. The more affordable Verna, though, has this engine option.
The 2024 facelift of the Hyundai Creta will plug that gap too and become better equipped to deal with the rivals. It’s worth noting though, that even without a turbo petrol engine, it’s doing quite well and consistently maintaining more than 10,000 sales. What’s more important here is that it’s doing so despite its age and without any discount.
