In this November 2022 Toyota car sales analysis article, we’ll look at the car sales of Toyota for the previous month. We’ll also compare the YoY and MoM change to find out which Toyota cars’ sales improved and which ones declined. Lastly, the table with monthly sales for the last 6 months will give you an idea about the 6-month sales trend of all Toyota cars.
November 2022 - Toyota Car Sales Figures - YoY Change
- Urban Cruiser declined over the last few months and in November, Toyota saw 0 dispatches for the subcompact SUV. In comparison, 2,850 units of the Urban Cruiser were dispatched in November 2021.
- Amongst the mass-market offerings from the carmaker, Glanza was the top YoY gainer for Toyota, with a growth of 131%.
- The Innova Crysta was the top selling product for Toyota in the Indian market until recently, but was taken over by Glanza and Urban Cruiser Hyryder in the month of November.
- Toyota’s recently launched Hyryder SUV sat at the second spot in terms of sales volume for the brand.

November 2022 - Toyota Car Sales Figures - MoM Change
- Most mass-market cars from Toyota saw a decline in MoM comparison for November 2022, except the Glanza hatchback, which saw a growth of 17%, making it the biggest mass-market MoM gainer for Toyota.
- Here, we are disregarding the Vellfire and Hilux as they are very low volume offerings and hence, their numbers do not portray a fair picture when speaking in terms of percentage.
- Innova Crysta was the top loser with a 46% decline in production numbers. But newly revealed Innova Hycross should help improve these numbers in coming months.
