Renault GST Price Cuts – Full Brand-Wise Summary (Tentative Prices; Sep 22) | V3Cars

The recent GST revision for cars in India (effective September 22, 2025) could lead to significant price reductions across Renault’s portfolio. Small cars now attract 18% GST (down from 28%), while larger cars are taxed at 40% (versus ~43–50% earlier, including cess).

As a result, Renault customers can now expect savings ranging from Rs. 46,000 to over Rs. 96,000, depending on the model and variant.

Important Note: Please note that these are tentative prices sourced from a fairly reliable channel but Renault may choose to adjust the pricing a bit when they come into effect on September 22, 2025. Renault may increase or decrease their margins with certain models and variants to respect certain psychological barriers such as round figures.

Renault’s most affordable offering, the Kwid, is expected to get a price drop of 8.5% - 9.9% across most variants. The reduction in the GST rate could make the price of the Kwid’s RXT petrol-manual and RXL (O) petrol automatic variants drop by Rs. 55,000. 2. Renault Triber

3. Renault Kiger
