The 2023 Altroz CNG prices start from Rs. 7.55 lakh and go up to Rs. 10.55 lakh for the top-spec XZ+ O (S) variant. The (S) variants, which are XM+ (S), XZ+ (S), and XZ+O (S), offer an electric sunroof over the regular variants of the Altroz CNG. Tata Motors charge Rs. 95,500 for the Altroz CNG over its corresponding petrol variants.

Tata Altroz CNG Powertrain Details

Tata Altroz CNG comes with a 1.2L normal petrol-CNG engine mated to a 5-speed manual transmission. In CNG mode, this engine produces 73.5PS of power at 6000rpm and 103Nm of torque at 3300rp,. In petrol mode, it offers 88PS of power at 6000rpm and 115Nm of torque at 3250rpm. The Altroz CNG also packs Tata’s new twin-CNG cylinder technology, which houses 2 30L CNG tanks beneath the boot floor in place of a single 60L CNG tank. The Tata Altroz’ twin CNG cylinder setup frees up more space for your cargo than the conventional single tank setup seen in rivals such as the Maruti Baleno CNG and Toyota Glanza CNG.
