Tata Motors Confirm Altroz Racer — Price Reveal Soon | V3Cars
Tata Motors revealed the Altroz Racer at the 2023 Auto Expo. While the carmaker didn’t confirm the launch plans for the sporty hatch at the show, the official Instagram account of Tata Motors recently green flagged its arrival. Tata Motors are likely to announce the prices of the Altroz Racer soon.

Tata Altroz Racer Launch Soon
Tata Altroz Racer is likely to launch in the coming months. We expect Tata Motors to announce the prices soon and it could undercut its arch rival — the Hyundai i20 N Line. Since the Altroz Racer will only come with a 6-speed manual transmission, we expect it to be more affordable than the i20 N Line, which comes with a more expensive dual-clutch automatic transmission option.

The Altroz Racer comes with the same 1.2L turbo petrol engine as the Nexon. It produces 120PS of power at 5500rpm and 170Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 4000rpm. Power is sent to the front wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission. The same engine in the standard Altroz turbo produces 110PS of power and 140Nm of torque, albeit with a 5-speed manual transmission.
