In this article, we’ll look at the Tata Tigor EV base model and the features of the Tigor EV XE variant.

The Tigor EV base model claims to deliver a range of 306km from its 26kWh battery pack. That comes out to be efficiency of 11.76km per unit of electricity. If you pay around Rs. 8 per kWh of electricity, then you can drive the Tigor EV base variant for a cost of 70 paise per km.
The torque of the Tigor EV is 170Nm, which is comparable with the Nexon turbo petrol engine’s performance. However, this is an electric car, so its initial torque output is much stronger than the Nexon turbo petrol, and it will feel much quicker while driving in the city.
Here’s a look at the dimensions of the Tigor EV base model:
The base model of the Tigor EV is 3993mm long, 1677mm wide and 1532mm tall. It has a wheelbase of 2450mm and a boot space of 316 litres. You can remove the spare wheel from the boot for carrying more luggage and get 375 litres of boot space. However, it can’t match the cargo capacity of the Tigor petrol, which has a 419-litre boot space.
The ground clearance of the Tigor EV base model is 172mm, which is 2mm better than the Tigor petrol.
