    Top upcoming car launches within 3 months in India

    The Indian car market is always abuzz with new car launches, as year 2018 progresses, the car market of India will see tons of more new car launches.

     

    Here are the top upcoming cars that will launch in India in period of around 3 months:

     

        1.  New-gen Honda Amaze


    The second generation Honda Amaze made its world debut in India at the 2018 Auto Expo in February. Now, it is ready to launch officially in our market on 16th of May. The Japanese car major has revealed most of the details of the new Amaze and opened pre-bookings of the car.

    Honda Cars India is also offering a special introductory price to the first 20,000 buyers who pre-book the all new Amaze before the official launch. The new-gen subcompact sedan gets all-new design, platform and a lot of new features, and is ready to fight better with the likes of Maruti Dzire, Tata Tigor and the lot. It is expected to be priced at around Rs. 5.8 lakhs onwards.

       2.  Hyundai Creta facelift


    The refreshed new Hyundai Creta compact SUV’s bookings has also began for an advance amount of Rs. 25,000 and will launch in June, 2018. The Creta facelift will come with a handful of noteworthy cosmetic updates and added features, the most important of which is an electric sunroof. The Creta facelift is likely to launch on 22nd of May and is expected to have a price range of around Rs. 9 - 14 lakhs.

    1. New Mitsubishi Outlander

    The new Outlander will be a huge launch in a long time in India from Mitsubishi. It will be offered in a single fully loaded variant powered by a 169 hp, 2.4L petrol mill paired to a CVT automatic transmission and the company’s Super All-Wheel Control AWD system.

    Features list will include an electric sunroof, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wiper, leather seat upholstery, electric parking brake, dual-zone climate control, keyless entry and go and a 710-watt Rockford Fosgate music system, 6 airbags, hill-assist start, active stability control among and much more. It is expected to launch within May and being a fully imported model cost around Rs. 25-30 lakhs.

      4.Jeep Compass Trailhawk
    The rugged top-end Jeep Compass Trailhawk version will launch in India with added exterior and interior features along with some off-road specific mechanical upgrades as well. It will get powered by the same 170hp, 2.0L diesel motor but get a 9 speed automatic gearbox. It is slated to launch within May, 2018 and likely to cost in the range of Rs. 24 lakhs.

     5.New Honda CR-V

    The new 5th generation Honda CR-V SUV is getting ready to launch in June-July period. It will come with a first time 7-seat configuration and also 1.6L diesel engine choice, while a new 9 speed automatic transmission is also expected.

    The new-gen CR-V will rival with the Hyundai Tucson, Jeep Compass and the likes. It is expected to launch by mid-2018 and is expected to be priced around Rs. 23 lakhs.

    1. Refreshed Ford Figo and Aspire

    Both Figo hatch and its twin Aspire subcompact sedan are getting braced to launch in the coming weeks. Apart from design updates and added features, the cars will also get the new 96PS, 1.2L 3-cylinder Dragon petrol mill from the recently launched Freestyle CUV.

    The top-trim models will offer a new 6.5 inch touchscreen infotainment system along with Ford’s Sync3 interface and 6 airbags among others. Expected price range is around Rs. 5.8 - 7.9 lakhs.

      7. Refreshed Maruti Suzuki Ciaz
    The mild-life facelift model of the Ciaz is expected to come by July this year. It will get cosmetic updates and new added features. The refreshed Ciaz is also likely to pack in the company's new and more powerful K15B petrol mill offering. The Maruti Suzuki Ciaz premium sedan is expected to cost around Rs. 9 - 11 lakhs.

     8.New Hyundai Santro
    The massively popular Hyundai Santro nameplate is being resurrected in a new avatar. The all new Santro might replace the current Eon and is expected to get the same 69 PS, 1.0L petrol mill. It will get an all new design language and new features.

    The new Hyundai Santro is likely to launch in the June-July period in the price range of around Rs. 3.5 - 5.5 lakhs.
