Toyota is set to launch the Urban Cruiser in India on 23 September 2020. The Urban Cruiser is a 5-seater, B2-segment SUV that will rival the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Ford EcoSport, Honda WR-V and Tata Nexon.

Toyota Urban Cruiser’s petrol-manual version is expected to start from ₹8.25 lakh and go up to ₹9.60 lakh. For the petrol-automatic powertrain, Urban Cruiser's starting price is expected to be ₹9.60 lakh. The Urban Cruiser will be a petrol-only car and there won’t be a diesel engine on offer. It will be available in 3 variants: Mid, High and Premium.
