2026 Volkswagen Tayron Teased For The First Time

Since Volkswagen will be launching the Tayron via the completely knocked down (CKD) route, we expect the India-spec SUV to look similar to the global model. Up front, the Tayron will offer a fascia similar to the Tiguan R-Line. The teaser reveals highlights such as full-LED lighting with an LED light bar and an illuminated logo.

Around the side, the Tayron shares a similar silhouette as the Tiguan R-Line. However, the Tayron is clearly longer, which should help it offer better road presence. Expect alloy wheels ranging from 17-inch to 19-inch in size. Moving towards the rear, the offers connected LED tail lamps along with an illuminated logo. It also offers an integrated roof spoiler, a faux skid plate and black cladding.
