Nissan Introduce 55-Minute Vehicle Exchange Program With Spinny (Press Release) | V3Cars
Nissan introduced a new vehicle exchange program in partnership with Spinny. The initiative enabled faster vehicle evaluation and exchange within a short timeframe. The move focused on improving customer convenience and streamlining the car upgrade process.
Here’s what Nissan Motor India have to say about the program:
Further strengthening Customer First initiatives, Nissan Motor India has launched a first of its kind 55 min vehicle exchange program in partnership with Spinny. The initiative allows customers to get their vehicles assessed on the spot and avail themselves of an exchange bonus for their new car purchase from Nissan Motor.
The newly introduced 55-minute exchange process ensures smooth buying, selling and exchange; all under one roof, in turn, enhancing customer convenience. Dedicated Spinny evaluators across 30 key cities will support dealership operations based on demand and schedule appointments at Spinny touchpoints. There will be on-ground Spinny counters as well at Nissan sales touchpoints in these key cities to offer real-time assistance to customers exploring exchange options.

Customers exchanging their vehicles through touchpoints at Nissan dealerships or directly via digital interface of Spinny will enjoy exclusive exchange benefits on the purchase of new Nissan brand vehicles. A key advantage of the collaboration continues to be the simplified exchange process, where a Spinny-issued ‘Selling Letter’ is accepted as valid proof of exchange, eliminating the need for transferred RC documentation for Nissan customers and ensuring a smoother transaction experience.
In addition to enhancing customer convenience, the partnership also strengthens Nissan’s dealer ecosystem by enabling improved used inventory management, incremental lead generation, and collaborative marketing initiatives - further strengthening the brand’s retail efficiency. By integrating digital and physical touchpoints, Nissan is creating a more agile and customer-focused retail environment.
Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India, said:
“At Nissan Motor India, we are committed to building a customer-first ecosystem that simplifies every stage of the ownership journey. Strengthening our collaboration with Spinny and introducing faster exchange timelines reinforces our focus on convenience, transparency, and value for our customers and dealer partners - while supporting our broader growth in the country.”
Niraj Singh, Founder & CEO of Spinny, said:
“Our continued partnership with Nissan Motor India represents a shared commitment to simplifying car ownership journeys. With faster exchanges, expanded evaluator presence, and integrated dealership touchpoints, we are working together to make car upgrades seamless, transparent, and rewarding for customers across India.”
This enhanced collaboration sets a new benchmark in OEM and used car platform integration, offering a compelling proposition for customers and complements Nissan’s growing product momentum in the country. The benefits of the program can be availed across the current line-up of Nissan cars in India.
