Hyundai India are likely to showcase the Ioniq 5 electric crossover at the Auto Expo 2023. Let’s discuss the details like expected dimensions and engine specs, expected launch timeline, rivals and expected price of the Hyundai Ioniq 5.

Most Notable Features Of Hyundai Ioniq 5

The Ioniq 5 has eco-friendly interiors which include plant-based fabric upholstery and eco-friendly leather. Hyundai have even used bio paint on the car’s interior surfaces which is made up of oils extracted from plants. In addition to this, the Hyundai manufacturing plant in Chennai is already running partially on renewable energy and the car maker aims to go fully green by the year 2025. This means, Hyundai will build the Ioniq 5 using renewable energy and being an EV, the car will also run on renewable energy. Hyundai have also added a solar panel on the car’s roof to extend the car’s range by harnessing solar power.

Hyundai have revealed the above specifications for the Indian version of the Ioniq 5.
