Even a wide and expensive car like the Safari only gets 2 front and 2 rear parking sensors. When a much smaller Baleno gets 4 sensors on the rear, we expect the brand marketing its cars as the safest to not skimp on something as cheap as 4 parking sensors. 2023 Tata Safari Scores 5-Star GNCAP Safety Rating

The Tata Safari facelift was launched on October 17, 2023 at a price of Rs. 16.19 lakh, and has scored a 5-star rating in the latest Global NCAP test under the Safer Cars for India campaign. The new Tata Safari and Safari facelift are the first Tata models that were tested by Global NCAP.

The new Tata Safari facelift scored 33.05 out of 34 points for adult occupant protection and the Safari facelift scored 45 points out of 49 in the child occupant safety test.
