Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 Variants With Expected Prices | V3Cars

Maruti Suzuki are set to launch the new Alto K10 on August 17. Ahead of its launch, we list out all the variants of the 2022 Alto K10 and their expected price. According to a leaked document, the new Alto will not feature the older 0.8L normal petrol engine.

As per the leaked official document, Maruti Suzuki will offer the new Alto k10 in a total of 11 variants. We expect the new Alto K10 to get a starting price of Rs. 3.80 lakh, while the top variant could cost up to Rs. 5.60 lakh ex-showroom. We expect Maruti Suzuki to charge a premium of Rs. 50,000 for the automated manual transmission (AMT) option option over the corresponding manual variants.

The new Alto is likely to be powered by the same 1.0L normal petrol engine seen in the new Celerio, S-Presso and Wagon-R. In the Celerio, this engine produces 66PS of power at 5500rpm and 89Nm of torque at 3500rpm. Like the Celerio, the new Alto is likely to offer the option of both 5-speed manual and 5-speed automated manual transmissions.

On the design front, the new Alto is expected to be more curvier than before with larger proportions. From the images, we can make out the added width and height, along with other design elements. With the updated design, we can expect the 2022 Alto to offer a modern dashboard layout and new features. The higher variant of the 2022 Alto K10 could feature a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, all-4 power windows and a rear camera.
