The 2022 Maruti Suzuki S-Presso facelift is here. Let’s compare the 2022 S-Presso facelift with the old model and see what’s changed.

We note down the changes made to the performance, features, powertrain options and prices of the 2022 S-Presso.
1. Engine & Performance
Compared to the outgoing model, the 2022 S-Presso facelift gets the updated 1.0L K10N normal petrol engine. This engine gets dual-jet technology, which helps it return a higher claimed mileage than before. Have a look at how the updated engine compares against the older engine below:

The power and torque of the 2022 S-Presso have gone down by 1PS and 1Nm, respectively. On the other hand, the claimed mileage figures have gone up significantly. Maruti claim a fuel efficiency of 24.76kmpl with the manual and 24.76kmpl with the automatic transmission.

2. Features
With the facelift, Maruti have added a few features to the S-Presso to make it more desirable. The S-Presso facelift gets ESP (Electronic Stability Program) with hill hold assist as standard across all automatic variants. The 2022 S-Presso remains the same in all dimensions but height, where it has risen by 18mm compared to the pre-facelift model. Otherwise, the S-Presso remains 3565mm long and 1520mm wide. It has a wheelbase of 2380mm, boot space of 270L, ground clearance of 180mm and a fuel tank capacity of 27L. The top-spec model of the S-Presso runs on 165/70 R14 tyres.
4. Price
With all the updates, the 2022 S-Presso now costs more than the pre-facelift model. Here is a variant-by-variant price comparison of the 2022 S-Presso facelift with the pre-facelift model:
The 2022 S-Presso facelift’s prices start at Rs. 4.25 lakh and go up to Rs. 6 lakh (ex-showroom). Compared to the pre-facelift model, the prices of the S-Presso have gone up by up to Rs. 70,000.
