Tata Motors have opened bookings for the recently-unveiled 2023 Nexon EV. Interested customers can book the Nexon EV via Tata Motors’ website or visiting their nearest Tata dealership. Read on to know more about the new 2023 Tata Nexon EV.

On the occasion of World EV day, Tata Motors have opened bookings for their updated electric SUV — the 2023 Nexon EV. Interested buyers can book the Nexon EV for a token amount of Rs. 21,000. Tata Motors will announce the prices of the new Nexon EV alongside its ICE derivative on September 14.

On the outside, the new Nexon EV features the same set of changes as the new Nexon petrol and diesel variants. Additionally, the Nexon EV also offers a full-width connecting LED light bar, which also doubles up as a charge indicator. Another change is the redesigned lower bumper that boasts vertical fins. It is interesting to note that Tata Motors have ditched the blue inserts on the exterior for a gloss black finish.

Similarly, the interior changes and features of the Nexon EV are similar to that of the Nexon, albeit with a few add-ons. The biggest difference is the larger 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which apart from wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, also support a suite of apps that Tata like to call Arcade.EV.

2023 Tata Nexon EV Powertrain Details

The new Nexon EV retains the 2 battery pack options as before — Medium Range (MR) with a 30kWh battery and Long Range (LR) with a 40.5kWh battery pack. The medium range offers 129PS of power, 215Nm of torque and an ARAI-certified range of 325km. The Long Range offers 145PS of power, 215Nm of torque and 465km certified range.
