Bookings for the 2024 Kia Sonet facelift are now open. The new Sonet facelift was revealed to the public on December 14, 2024. Kia will reveal the full price list of all Sonet facelift variants in January and commence deliveries of most of the variants in the same month.

2024 Kia Sonet Facelift Bookings Now Open

Kia commenced bookings for the Sonet facelift at 12 am on December 20, 2024. The new Sonet facelift can be booked on Kia India’s official website: https://www.kia.com/in/home.html. The booking amount for the Kia Sonet facelift ranges between Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 25,000, depending on the dealership. Customers who have booked the new Sonet facelift with a K-Code will receive benefits like priority delivery of their new SUV.

2024 Kia Sonet Facelift Powertrain Options And Variants

The 2024 Kia Sonet facelift offers several new features, including ADAS, and it also marks the comeback of the diesel-manual powertrain. Know more about the Kia Sonet facelift delivery timelines here.

The 2024 Kia Sonet facelift is available with the same 5 powertrain options as before:

1.2L normal petrol with 5-speed manual transmission
1.0L turbo petrol with 6-speed auto-clutch manual transmission
1.0L turbo petrol with 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission
1.5L turbo diesel with 6-speed auto-clutch manual transmission
1.5L turbo diesel with 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission

The new Sonet also gets a turbo diesel engine with a 6-speed manual transmission (in addition to the 6-speed ACMT). So, the diesel engine gets 3 transmission options:

6-speed full manual
6-speed auto-clutch manual
6-speed torque converter automatic

Kia are offering the new Sonet facelift in 7 variants – HTE, HTK, HTK Plus, HTX, HTX Plus, GTX Plus and X-Line. Like before, the Kia Sonet is available with 3 interior trim lines, including Tech Line, GT Line and X-Line.
