Hyundai have launched the 2026 Exter with refreshed styling, new features and enhanced safety features. With this update, the Exter is now priced from Rs. 5.80 lakh to Rs. 9.41 lakh (ex-showroom).

Hyundai have revised the variant nomenclature for the Exter 2026. Prices now start at Rs. 5.79 lakh for the base petrol-manual variant and go up to Rs. 9.41 lakh for the top petrol-AMT variant. The CNG variants are priced between Rs. 6.99 lakh and Rs. 9.40 lakh (ex-showroom).

2026 Hyundai Exter – What’s New?

The facelift brings subtle but noticeable design updates to the Exter. It now gets revised front and rear bumpers, a new grille, mew alloy wheels, an updated tailgate and C-pillar garnish and a rear spoiler

2026 Hyundai Exter Interior

On the inside, the Exter facelift now offers a folding driver armrest in the top 3 variants. The top HX10 variant also gets metal foot pedals. Hyundai have also added USB Type-C ports for the rear passengers and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay across the mid and top trims. Other changes inside the cabin include new dual-tone navy and grey interior theme and updated seat upholstery

New Colour Options

Hyundai have also introduced 2 new colour options with the facelift:

Beige (Golden Bronze)
Matte black (Titanium Black Matte)

These are offered alongside existing shades like white, blue, grey and green.

Powertrain Options

The Exter continues with the same engine options:

1.2L normal petrol engine
1.2L CNG bi-fuel

The petrol engine is available with both manual and AMT options, while the CNG version is offered with a manual transmission only.
