2026 Tata Safari Diesel Ultra Variants Launched; Prices Start At Rs. 24.5 Lakh | V3Cars

Tata Motors have expanded the 2026 Safari lineup with the introduction of the new top-spec Accomplished Ultra trim for the diesel variants. Prices for the Safari Ultra with the diesel powertrain starts from Rs. 24.5 lakh (ex-showroom). Alongside, Tata have also introduced the Safari Red Dark Edition based on this new trim.

Tata Safari Ultra Diesel Launched At Rs. 24.5 Lakh

With the Ultra trim now available in diesel, Tata are essentially eliminating the feature gap between turbo petrol and diesel variants. Buyers no longer need to choose the turbo petrol engine just to access the full feature set. Here are the variant and powertrain-wise prices of the new Safari Ultra diesel variants:

Tata Safari Ultra: What’s New?

Priced at a premium of Rs. 60,000 over the Accomplished X Plus variant, the Ultra variants are now the most feature-loaded Safari diesel on sale. This trim was previously limited to the turbo petrol version and is now extended to diesel buyers.

Dolby Atmos audio
Digital IRVM with dashcam
White and brown dual-tone cabin theme
App suite and in-built navigation
Memory ORVMs
Sliding front armrest

Safari Red Dark Edition: What’s Different?

The Red Dark Edition builds on the Ultra trim with cosmetic enhancements:

Blacked-out 19-inch alloy wheels
Red brake callipers
Red-themed interior with leatherette upholstery
