    What Is The Expected Price Of MG Gloster?

    The 2020 MG Gloster is expected to cost around Rs. 35 - 40 lakh (ex-showroom). Even though we’re expecting it to cost a shade more than the segment leader Toyota Fortuner, considering the luxurious features on offer, even at Rs. 40 lakh, it may seem like a steal.

    The MG Gloster gets a 4-cylinder 2.0-litre twin-turbo diesel engine, which makes 218PS of power at 4000rpm and 480Nm of torque between 1500 and 2400rpm. This engine is available with an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The MG Gloster also gets an on-demand all-wheel drive with electro-mechanical locking differential.

    Considering the high demand for diesel engine in the big SUV space, the Gloster is only available ewiht a diesel engine. It also only comes with an automatic transmission as most large SUV buyers prefer the convenience of automatic transmission.
