Force Motors have announced a first-in-segment initiative – a 3-year complimentary Roadside Assistance (RSA) package across their entire product range, including the Force Gurkha SUV.

The program, which also covers Force’s commercial vehicle lineup – Traveller, Trax, Monobus, and Urbania – is aimed at enhancing the ownership experience and ensuring peace of mind for customers through 24x7 nationwide support. This marks a significant step for the Gurkha as well, giving SUV buyers a more premium ownership experience that rivals mainstream passenger brands.

Force Gurkha Gets 3-Year Complimentary Roadside Assistance

The inclusion of the Force Gurkha in this RSA program means customers will enjoy 3 years of complimentary coverage from the date of purchase. The service offers 24x7 nationwide support, ensuring help is always just a call away in the event of a breakdown or roadside emergency.

The coverage includes:

Free towing up to 100km to the nearest authorised Force workshop
On-site repair assistance for minor mechanical or electrical issues
Accident support, including vehicle recovery and workshop coordination
Battery jump-start, tyre change, and key assistance
Emergency coordination services, such as nearest workshop guidance and message relay

In addition, the RSA package also offers convenience benefits like legal and medical referrals, hotel or taxi coordination, and vehicle custody support in case of unexpected delays, features rarely seen in the off-road SUV segment.
