Skoda has launched the fourth-gen Octavia at a starting price of Rs 25.99 lakh (ex-showroom India). It is a mid-size sedan that rivals the Hyundai Elantra. Heres the full price list, top features, engine specs and dimensions of the new Skoda Octavia.

The new Skoda Octavia is available in two variants: Style and Lauren & Klement which are priced at Rs 25.99 lakh and Rs 28.99 lakh, respectively.
The A4 facelift is 4689mm long, 1829mm wide and 1469mm tall. A wider body generally results in better shoulder room for the occupants. The new Octavia has a wheelbase of 2680mm. A longer wheelbase usually results in better legroom for rear occupants.
The new Octavia is offered with a petrol engine only. It gets a 2.0-litre turbocharged unit making 190PS and 320Nm paired to a 7-speed DSG automatic. It has a claimed fuel economy of 15.81kmpl
The new Octavia has a sole rival in the form of the Hyundai Elantra. Pricewise, it also competes with SUVs like the Jeep Compass and Hyundai Tucson.
The new Octavia is equipped with features like dual-zone climate control, a digital instrument cluster, LED adaptive headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, ambient lighting, auto-dimming IRVM and ORVMs, 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless mobile charging, parking camera, hands-free parking, push-button start, 12-way electrically adjustable front seats and a powered tailgate with gesture control.
The new Octavia equipped with up to 8 airbags.
