Hyundai continue to test the Creta EV on Indian roads ahead of its debut later this year. The 2024 Creta EV was spied yet again and the latest video reveals a bit of the electric SUV’s interior. When launched, the Creta will offer 4 powertrain options – normal petrol, turbo petrol, diesel and electric – for SUV buyers in India.

While the Creta EV will share most of its interior bits with the 2024 Creta ICE, Hyundai are likely to give the electric SUV a few EV-specific changes. The Creta EV spied in the video shows a gear selector stalk with a rotary knob mounted on the steering column. This feature can be found in other Hyundai electric vehicles like the Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6. The removal of the drive selector from the centre console should help free up space for storage between the driver and front passenger.

The latest spy shots also shows the Creta EV twin-screen layout borrowed from the Creta facelift. So expect dual 10.25-inch screens to take care of infotainment and driver-related information.

Based on the latest spy shots, we can confirm the Creta EV will share the Creta 2024's quad-beam LED headlamps and connected taillamps. Unlike the Creta 2024's diamond-cut alloys, the EV gets aero-optimised wheels. The side profile remains largely untouched, but the front bumper could sport a closed grille for better aerodynamics and efficiency.
