- The 2026 Exter HX 2 base model is only available in 3 monotone colours – white, blue and grey
- The Exter’s HX3 and above variants get all monotone colour options, including matte grey and matte black
- Only the HX 6 and HX 10 variants are available with the green with black roof dual-tone colour option
1. White (Atlas White)

White is one of the most practical colour options for the Exter, especially in hot Indian climates. It reflects heat effectively, helping keep the cabin cooler, and is relatively easy to maintain. It also improves visibility on the road and remains a strong choice for resale value over time.
2. Blue (Starry Night)

Starry Night is a deep rich shade of blue that gives the Exter facelift a premium and slightly sporty character. Under sunlight, it reveals subtle metallic highlights, which ar night it appears darker and more sophisticated. It does a decent job of hiding minor dust compared to black, though not as effectively as silver or grey. This colour is ideal for buyers who want something stylish and distinctive without being too loud, while still maintaining a strong road presence.
3. Grey (Titan Grey)

Titan Grey offers a mature and understated look while being highly practical for everyday use. It hides dust and minor scratches better than darker shades, making it ideal for city driving. It may not stand out as much, but it balances style with low maintenance.
4. Matte Grey (Titan Grey Matte)

Matte grey gives the Exter a more premium and distinctive appearance compared to regular metallic shades. It stands out with a modern, stealthy finish. However, matte paint requires special care and can be more expensive to maintain or repair, making it better suited for enthusiasts.
5. Black (Titanium Black)

Black enhances the Exter’s road presence with a bold and premium look. It pairs well with the SUV’s styling but tends to show dust, swirl marks and scratches more easily. It also absorbs more heat, so it’s best suited for buyers who prioritise aesthetics and are willing to maintain it regularly.
6. Matte Black (Titanium Black Matte)

Matte Black gives the Exter a rugged and high-end appeal with a strong visual impact. It looks unique and stands out in traffic, but like other matte finishes, it demands careful upkeep. Repairs and repainting can also be more expensive compared to standard colours.
7. Beige (Golden Bronze)

Golden Bronze adds a warm and premium touch to the Exter’s design. It’s a relatively uncommon shade that offers a subtle uniqueness without being too flashy. It reflects heat better than darker colours but may require frequent cleaning in dusty conditions.
8. Green (Ranger Khaki)

Ranger Khaki gives the Exter a proper SUV-like, outdoorsy character. Earthy tones like this complement its rugged design and are less common on the road. While visually appealing, niche colours like green may have a slightly limited resale audience compared to white or silver.
9. Green Dual-Tone (Ranger Khaki with Black Roof)

The dual-tone Ranger Khaki with black roof enhances the Exter’s sporty and youthful appeal. The contrasting roof adds visual interest and makes the SUV stand out more. However, dual-tone finishes may require extra care to maintain consistency between panels.
