The Hyundai Venue Turbo is offered with a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine that makes 120PS of power and 172Nm of peak torque. Transmission options on offer include a 6-speed MT, a 6-speed iMT and a 7-speed DCT. The Venue is offered with two more engine options: a 1.2-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel. Where the 1.2-litre unit makes 83PS/113Nm mated to a 5-speed MT, the 1.5-litre diesel engine makes 100PS and 240Nm paired to a 6-speed MT.

Hyundai has already updated the brochure with the new variant. Features on offer include halogen headlamps, adjustable front headrest, a 2-din music system with Bluetooth, steering mounted controls, front and rear power windows, manual AC with rear AC vents, electrically adjustable ORVMs and a front centre armrest with storage. Safety features on offer include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors and ISOFIX child seat anchors.
Hyundai Venue Turbo iMT S is expected to be priced at a premium of up to 13,000 over the manual variant which retails at Rs 8.64 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The Venue continues to take on likes of the Kia Sonet, Maruti Vitara Brezza, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Mahindra XUV300, Nissan Magnite, Renault Kiger.
