2022 Jeep Compass Night Eagle Launched At Rs. 21.95 lakh | V3Cars

Jeep India have launched the 2022 Compass Night Eagle edition. The Compass Night Eagle edition comes with two powertrain choices – a 2.0L turbo diesel with a 6-speed MT at Rs. 21.95 lakh and 1.4L turbo petrol with 7-speed DCT at Rs. 22.75 lakh ex-showroom.

While the pre-facelift Compass’ Night Eagle trim was limited to just 250 units, the 2022 Compass Night Eagle edition does not have any unit cap. It gets an all-black exterior colour with a black front grille, black 18-inch alloy wheels and black roof rails.

On the inside, the 2022 Compass Night Eagle gets an all-black dashboard and black cloth seat upholstery. In terms of features, the Compass Black Eagle offers a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, dual-zone climate control, electric parking brake, electronic stability control (ESC), and traction control.

As we stated earlier, the Compass Night Eagle comes with two powertrain choices. The 2,0L turbo diesel engine produces 170PS of power at 3750rpm and 350Nm of torque between 1750rpm and 2500rpm. It is only offered with a 6-speed manual transmission. The 1.4L turbo petrol produces 163PS of power at 5500rpm and 250Nm of torque between 2500rpm and 4000rpm. The petrol engine is only offered with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.

At the launch of the Compass Night Eagle, Jeep India also revealed that the first batch of the recently-launched Compass Trailhawk has already been sold out. The Compass Trailhawk now commands a waiting period of up to four months.
