Kia India have discontinued the Carens’ Moss Brown colour option. When launched, the Kia Carens was available in a total of 8 colours. Kia could have discontinued the Moss Brown colour option due to poor demand.

Even though the Moss Brown colour option is now no longer available, the Carens continues to be available in 8 colours thanks to the addition of the Kia Carens X-Line variant in early October 2023. Like the Seltos X Line, Kia offer the newly-launched Carens X Line variant with a Matte Graphite colour option. Meanwhile, the grille surrounds, trim pieces on the front and rear bumper, ORVM covers, skid plates and the side door garnish are all finished in gloss black. Other visual changes include the addition of the 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels.
The current list of Kia Carens colour options include the following:

The 1.5L turbo-petrol engine produces 160PS of power and 253Nm of peak torque. It is offered with the choice of a 6-speed auto clutch manual transmission (ACMT) and a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT). The 1.5L diesel engine is offered with a 6-speed torque converter (TC) automatic transmission or a 6-speed ACMT and this combination produces 115PS of power and 250Nm of torque.
