The Kia Carens X-Line was showcased at Bharat Mobilify Global Expo 2024 today. The Kia Carens X-Line was launched in October 2023 with prices starting from Rs. 18.95 lakh. Like other Kia models that get an X-Line variant, the Kia Carens X-Line is offered with a matte grey paint finish. Check the Kia Carens X-Line’s powertrain options and ex-showroom prices.

The Kia Carns X-Line is only available with 2 powertrain options – 1.5L turbo petrol with a 7-speed DCT and 1.5L diesel with 6-speed TC automatic transmission. Their prices are as follows:
The Kia Carens X-Line is priced at a premium of Rs. 40,000 over the previous top variant – Lux Plus. For the additional sum, the Kia Carens X-Line offers a matte grey exterior paint finish, and glossy black front grille, ORVM covers, side door garnish and rear skid plate. The Carens X-Line is offered with 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels and silver brake callipers.

Inside the cabin, the Carens X-Line is only available with captain seats. All seats get military green upholstery and the Carens X-Line even comes with a rear seat entertainment package as standard. The rear seat entertainment package gives the left rear passenger access to podcasts and entertainment apps. It also lets the user mirror their smartphone and access various apps while on the move.

The 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine in the Kia Carens produces 160PS of power and 253Nm of torque and offers a claimed fuel efficiency of 16.50kmpl. The 1.5-litre turbo diesel, on the other hand, churns out 115PS of power and 250Nm of torque. It offers a claimed mileage of 18.40kmpl. The Kia Carens X-Line rivals other MPVs like the Maruti Suzuki XL6 and the Hyundai Alcazar.
