Kia India recently increased the prices of the Sonet by up to Rs. 24,000. After this price revision, the Sonet's ex-showroom prices now start at Rs. 6.95 lakh and tops out at Rs. 13.69 lakh. The new January 2022 prices are between 0.34% and 1.87% higher than before. There has been no new changes in terms of features or variants.

Prices of the Sonet 1.2L normal petrol went up by up to Rs. 6000 and the HTE manual and HTK manual variants witnessed the biggest price change. In terms of percentage, for the Sonet 1.2L normal petrol, the HTE Manual variant saw the biggest price increase of 0.87%.
The prices of the Sonet 1.0L turbo petrol are now higher by up to Rs. 10,000. The Sonet HTX manual variant changed by as much as Rs. 10,000. For the Sonet 1.0L turbo petrol, the HTX manual variant got the biggest price increase of 0.96%.
With the 1.5L turbo diesel, the Sonet is now more expensive by up to Rs. 24,000, which is an increase of 1.9%. The diesel range of the Sonet gets a bigger price hike of 1.0 to 1.9% over the older prices. The top-spec GTX Plus Manual becomes expensive by Rs 24,000 which translates to a hike of 1.90%.
