Mahindra have introduced the BE 6 Sporteq at prices ranging from Rs. 19.45 lakh to Rs. 26.95 lakh (ex-showroom). The new series offers 59kWh, 70kWh and 79kWh battery options across 8 variants. BaaS prices start at Rs. 11.45 lakh plus Rs. 3.75/km. The Sporteq also introduces a 3-screen dashboard, 6 TEQ technology suites and new colour options. Deliveries begin on August 26, 2026.

The BE 6 Sporteq is available in One, Two, Three, Three Plus, Four, Launch Edition, Formula E Freedom Edition and Formula E Freedom Edition Four variants.
The following table lists the BE 6 Sporteq prices:
Prices do not include the wall charger or its installation.
Mahindra are also offering Battery as a Service (BaaS) with the 59kWh One and Two variants.
Mahindra calculate the BaaS price assuming 60km of daily usage. The BaaS price excludes applicable government charges.
Mahindra are positioning Sporteq as the new BE 6, with revised variants, new battery combinations and added technology.
One retains the familiar 2-screen layout, while Two and higher regular Sporteq variants get a new “coast-to-coast” 3-screen dashboard.
The Formula E Freedom Edition is different. It retains the original BE 6's 2-screen cockpit and signature halo design around the driver.

Mahindra have grouped the Sporteq's new software and connected features into 6 “TEQ” suites. These are powered by what it refers to as Mahindra Artificial Intelligence Architecture (MAIA).
TEQ_Talk uses Google Gemini and works through 17 specialised AI agents. Mahindra say it supports over 100 core functions and 48 apps.
Not every TEQ feature is available with every Sporteq variant.

At the event, Mahindra stated that Revive can provide an additional 13km of driving range after the displayed battery charge reaches 0 percent. Revive SOS can provide another 11km after Revive is exhausted and is limited to 5 uses over the vehicle’s lifetime.
TEQ_Xting uses the pixel display at the rear of the BE 6 for personalised messages.
Mahindra demonstrated the feature as a way for drivers to communicate with vehicles travelling behind them.

The One gets dual 31.24cm screens, 18-inch steel wheels with aero covers, a frunk, reverse camera, cruise control, 6 airbags and auto AC.
The Two adds the 3-screen dashboard, Racing Tan and Black interior, 19-inch wheels, 540-degree camera, 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio, Dolby Atmos, dual-zone auto AC and wireless charging. It also adds automatic user detection, a digital car key and 3rd-screen parental lock.
The Three adds a fixed panoramic glass roof, 19-inch alloy wheels, 6-way powered driver seat with memory, ventilated front seats and animated exterior lighting.

The Three Plus adds Level 2 ADAS, powered tailgate, ambient lighting, electrically deploying flush door handles and personalised tailgate messaging.
The Four tops the regular Sporteq range and is only available with the 79kWh battery.

The Launch Edition costs Rs. 26.95 lakh with the 79kWh battery and sits alongside the Four at the top of the range. It gets an exclusive grey exterior colour and a full Racing Tan leatherette interior.

The Formula E Freedom Edition is offered in 2 variants with the 79kWh battery.
The Formula E Freedom Edition costs Rs. 24.45 lakh, while the Formula E Freedom Edition Four costs Rs. 26.95 lakh.
Key changes include:

The Formula E Freedom Edition exclusively gets Acceleration Boost. Mahindra claim it can accelerate from 0-100kmph in 6.44sec.
The BE 6 Sporteq is available in the following colours:
The Formula E Freedom Edition gets:

Several software features introduced with the Sporteq will also reach existing Mahindra electric SUV owners. The features available will depend on the model and variant.
Mahindra say compatible features will roll out to existing BE 6, XEV 9e and XEV 9S models through over-the-air updates in phases starting January 2027.

Mahindra will begin deliveries of the BE 6 Sporteq on August 26, 2026, coinciding with Onam.
The Sporteq replaces the previous BE 6 range with a broader choice of variants, 3 battery sizes and significantly more software and personalisation features.
