Few days ago, Mahindra & Mahindra had announced the official name for its codenamed S201 SUV as the ‘XUV300’ in the Indian market. Since then, the launch speculations of the upcoming compact SUV have been making rounds in the market. According to the latest reports, Mahindra has commenced unofficial bookings for the 2019 XUV300 at a fully refundable token amount of Rs 50,000 at selected dealerships in the country and the SUV is said to be launched on 15th February 2019. However, the automaker is yet to confirm the news. Recently, the XUV300 compact SUV was spotted during a TVC ad shoot, days after its reveal through official images at the time of christening.

In terms of looks and features, the upcoming XUV300 follows the same Cheetah design language with a hint of Tivoli’s European style. The 2019 XUV300 looks like the smaller version of the XUV500 by the manufacturer. It gets a chrome finished grille at the front with projector headlamps and LED DRLs at the front and blacked out A, B, and C- Pillars giving a floating effect to the roof at the sides. At the rear, the SUV will offer the split tail lamp with a black bumper and black cladding on the wheel arches matching to the rear bumper. It also comes with 17- inch machine- finished wheels.
