In this March 2023 MG cars sales analysis article, we’ll look at the car sales of MG for the previous month. We’ll also compare the YoY and MoM change to find out which MG car’s sales improved and which ones declined. Lastly, the table with monthly sales for the last 6 months will give you an idea about the 6-month sales trend of all MG cars.

March 2023 - MG Car Sales Figures - YoY Change

Apart from the Astor, all other MG models witnessed a growth in sales in our March 2023 YoY sales comparison
Astor witnessed a YoY decline of 33% in March 2023 comparison analysis
MG sold 548 units of the ZS EV electric SUV in March 2023 compared to 302 units in March 2022
With over a 100% YoY growth in the dispatches of the Hector pair, it became the top gainer for MG Motors
The Hector pair was followed by ZS EV with around 80% YoY growth and Gloster with 62.5% growth

March 2023 - MG Car Sales Figures - MoM Change

MG reported a growth in MoM sales for 4 out of 4 cars in its portfolio
MG Motors reported that Gloster dispatches were more than doubled in the month of March compared to that of February.
ZS EV sales grew by 6.61% in March 2023 compared to February 2023
Amongst the mass market cars from the manufacturer, Hector pair was the top gainer with over 60% growth in March
Astor was the second in the gainers ranking with over 48% MoM growth in March
