Maruti Ertiga Gets ESC And Hill Start Assist As Standard | V3Cars

The Maruti Ertiga now gets ESC and hill start assist as standard across the range. Earlier, these safety features were limited to the automatic and top-spec manual variants of the Ertiga. The 6-seater version of the Ertiga, the XL6 already had these safety features as standard. Despite these feature changes, the price of the Ertiga remains unchanged.

Other safety features of the Ertiga include:

ABS (anti-lock braking system)
EBD (electronic brake distribution)
Reverse parking sensors
Seatbelt reminder
High-speed alert
ISOFIX seat anchor points
Front seatbelt pretensioners with load limiter
Speed-sensing auto door lock
Projector headlamps
Day/Night IRVM
Anti-theft alarm
Rear defogger
Rear washer and wiper
Front fog lamps
Reverse parking camera

Some comfort and convenience-related features of the 2022 Ertiga include a 7.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, connected car technology, reclining rear seats, paddle shifters with automatic transmission, auto AC, rear AC vents, cruise control, keyless entry with push button start/stop etc.
