Modified Fiat 500 350 GP4 is an awesome mix of whacky and sporty

The Fiat 500 is a widely appreciated model in the international markets, although it might not be exactly highly impressive or remarkable. The 500 is also not an awesome performance model even in its Abarth version. However, the modified Fiat 500 is a completely different car and is a treat for the auto enthusiasts, both in terms of looks and power. Giannini, a tuning firm based in Italy is responsible for offering this wickedly awesome racer form of the Fiat 500. This little beast is called the 350 GP4, and the name as we can figure out suggests the power it offers. Yes, the Fiat 500 350 GP4 should be belting out a max power output of 350 hp, and for the Fiat 500, it is massive. What more? The hammering power gets transmitted to all four wheels of the car making it more stable, planted on the roads and offer better traction.

For the time being the tuning firm is keeping all the details of the 350 GP4 including its exact specifications and performance numbers. The firm would not reveal the details until the model has gone through all its paces.

Nevertheless, going by the sporty and rather whacky visual appeal of the tuned 350 GP4, the car looks all braced up to hit the racetrack and beat a good bunch of race cars. The car gets a whole lot of modifications on the exterior front, and the same is expected both on the inside and under its hood.

Going by the set of images of the tuned Fiat 500, the car seems to have been endowed with some sort of a roll cage at the back. The tuner has given louvers on the both the front and back fenders in to aid reducing the air lift at high speed levels. At the rear, the car has been endowed with a very sporty looking roof mounted spoiler, which further adds to the cool visual appeal of the vehicle, while it might also aid downforce.

Moreover, there is an air diffuser at the back and also air vents in the hatch door of the car which would further help in the car’s sporty performance. The model flaunts many other styling element changes and component updates in order to make it track ready, while also making it look mean at the same time. As per the sources, some of the new body components of the 350 GP4 have been constructed out of carbon fiber in order to slash down weight, while adding to the rigidity. The car’s front windows also feature plexiglass along with slider function, as they can’t be rolled down like the regular Fiat 500.

As details on this cool custom built car are still scare, the pricing is also under the curtain. However, the tuner had created a similar modified RWD version of the Fiat 500 earlier, which was priced at around $175,000. As the 350 GP4 comes with an AWD system, its price can be expected to be dearer.
