B2-Segment Hatchback September 2022 Car Sales - YoY Change

The Maruti Baleno was the only B2-segment hatchback that 5-figure sales numbers in September YoY comparison, and was also the biggest gainer in the category with 140% YoY gain in September comparison
The Toyota Glanza was the second biggest gainer, with a 100% YoY gain in the month of September 2022
The Honda Jazz continued to show a downward trend in sales. It’s September 2022 sales figures were 7.35% lower than the same month last year
Tata Altroz, with a decline of 9.5% was the biggest loser

B2-Segment Hatchback September 2022 Car Sales - MoM Change

In terms of MoM sales figures, the Hyundai i20 was the only loser, with a 3.7% decline in production numbers
All other cars in the category saw growth in sales number in September of 2022
Honda Jazz was the top gainer with 38% rise in dispatches, followed by Toyota Glanza with 17.17% gains and Baleno and Altroz tied with 5.2% gains
