Tata Altroz XM, XM(S) Variants Launched — New Features Added | V3Cars

Tata Motors India have launched 2 new variants in the Altroz range — XM and XM(S). Apart from the introduction of the 2 new variants, Tata have also added a few features to the rest of the Altroz range. Read on to know what has changed in the updated Tata Altroz.

The Tata Altroz XM offers the following features:

  • Height-adjustable driver’s seat
  • Electronically-adjustable ORVMs with auto fold
  • 16-inch wheels with full covers
  • Steering-mounted controls
  • Sunroof (XM(S) only)
  • 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system (optional accessory)

It is worth mentioning that the aforementioned variants are only available with the 1.2L normal petrol manual powertrain. As we stated earlier, with the update, Tata have also added quite a few features to the lower variants of the Altroz.

The XE variant of the Altroz now offers rear power windows, remote keyless entry and follow-me-home headlamps. The XM+ and XM+S variants now get reverse parking camera, height-adjustable driver’s seat, cruise control and the dashboard theme from the top-spec Altroz. Lastly, the XT variant now offers height-adjustable driver’s seat, 16-inch wheels with full covers and rear defogger.
