Tata Motors will increase prices across its passenger vehicle portfolio by up to Rs. 25,000 from September 1, 2026. The hike will apply to both internal combustion engine (ICE) and electric vehicles (EVs), with the exact increase varying between models and variants.

Tata Motors have attributed the latest revision to rising input costs and sustained inflationary pressures. The carmaker said it will continue to absorb a significant portion of the cost increase, while passing on part of the impact to buyers.
The new prices have not yet been announced. Therefore, the current prices listed below will remain applicable until August 31, 2026:
The September revision is relevant for buyers planning to buy a Tata car or SUV during the upcoming festive season. However, since Tata have not specified the hike for individual models, buyers will have to wait for the revised variant-wise prices to know the exact impact.
For example, even though the maximum announced increase is Rs. 25,000, not every Tata model or variant will necessarily receive the full Rs. 25,000 hike. The company has confirmed that the adjustment will vary across its portfolio.
This is also Tata Motors’ third price revision of 2026, following earlier price increases this year.
