Tata Motors recently launched ‘Anubhav’, a mobile showroom facility based on the Tata Intra V10. These showroom-on-wheels will offer a doorstep car buying experience to rural customers. Tata have deployed a total of 103 of the Anubhav mobile showrooms across the country.

These mobile showrooms will help existing dealerships offer a doorstep sales experience to customers and assist them with information about all Tata cars, accessories, avail finance schemes, book a test drive and evaluate existing cars for exchange.

Tata say that a total of 40% of passenger car sales comes from rural areas and this initiative will help them increase their reach in Tehsils and Talukas. Tata’s official nearby dealers will operate these mobile showrooms. All the dealerships will define monthly routes for these vans to go on and cover the targeted village or tehsil. Tata will fit these mobile showrooms with GPS trackers to monitor the movement for better utilisation.

In the month of February, Tata were the 3rd best-selling car brand in India. Currently, Tata’s lineup includes the Tiago, Tigor, Punch, Altroz, Nexon, Harrier and Safari. They are soon going to launch the DCT automatic transmission of the Altroz. You can find more about by clicking the link below.
