Tata Nexon — New GST Rate List & Old vs New Comparison (Tentative Prices; Sep 22) | V3Cars

Here are the tentative prices of Tata Nexon variants after the revised GST comes into effect on September 22, 2025. In this article, we will also present the old vs new price comparison to help you identify which variant of the Nexon is getting the biggest price cuts and which ones are getting the least.

Important Note: Please note that these are tentative prices sourced from a fairly reliable channel but Tata may choose to adjust the pricing a bit when they come into effect on September 22, 2025. Tata may increase or decrease their margins with certain Nexon variants to respect certain psychological barriers such as round figures.

The following table presents the current and new tentative prices of the Nexon as per the new GST rates along with the price difference and the approximate relative drop in percentage for each variant:

Looking at this information, we can say that the typical price drop is likely to be around 8.5% across most petrol & CNG variants. For Nexon diesel variants, the price drop is likely to be 9.9%. In terms of absolute amount, the post GST price drop of Tata Nexon may stretch as far as Rs. 1.52 lakh with the Fearless Plus PS DT diesel-automatic (AMT) variant.

Please note that this maximum GST benefit amount does not align with Tata’s claims of passing on up to Rs. 1.55 lakh. This is because we aren’t able to confirm the prices of the Nexon diesel Dark variants, which may bring the total up to Tata Motor’s claimed figure of Rs. 1.55 lakh of ex-showroom price.
