Tata Motors have launched the Tigor CNG automatic variants in India with prices starting at Rs. 8.85 lakh (ex-showroom). Equipped with a 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT), the Tigor CNG is the first CNG sedan in India to offer an automatic transmission. Tata Tigor CNG Automatic Variants And Prices

The Tigor CNG with AMT is available in 2 variants – XZA and XZA Plus. Their prices are as follows:

Interested customers can now book the Tata Tigor CNG automatic variants for an amount of Rs. 21,000.

Tata Tigor CNG AMT Specifications

The Tigor CNG is offered with a 1.2L engine that can run on both petrol and CNG. The Tigor CNG offers a claimed fuel efficiency of 26.49km/kg. The 1.2L engine produces 73PS of power and 95Nm of torque when running on CNG. These figures increase to 86PS and 113Nm when running on petrol. The Tata Tigor CNG also gets Tata’s innovative twin CNG cylinder technology that helps liberate more boot space.

Tata Tigor CNG Automatic Rivals

The Tata Tigor CNG rivals other CNG sedans like the Hyundai Aura CNG and Maruti Dzire CNG. However, none of these rivals offer a CNG-automatic option.
