Ahead of its unveiling, a fresh image of the upcoming Toyota Hyryder SUV recently surfaced online. The new Hyryder SUV will get the split LED headlight design, a large signature Toyota grille and LED headlights.
Toyota will organise the global premiere of the Hyryder SUV on July 1 in India. While we saw a ton of test car spy shots earlier, the new image of the production-spec model reveals other design details, which were under the wraps before.
Speaking of its design, the Toyota Hyryder will get a split LED headlight design. The LED DRLs will get the chrome surround, merging further with the signature Toyota grille. The main headlight will sit lower on the bumper in a rectangular cluster. The lower bumper also gets a criss-cross pattern whereas fog lamps are missing. The car in the picture also confirms the name Hyryder along with a red and black dual-tone colour shade.

We are yet to get a look at the inside of the new Hyryder SUV. We expect the Hyryder to offer features like a head-up display, a large touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an electric sunroof, a semi-digital instrument cluster and a 360-degree parking camera. We expect the Hyryder to offer features as Maruti Suzuki and Toyota are making their respective C-segment SUVs in collaboration. Moreover, Maruti Suzuki already offer features like 360-degree camera and a head-up display in the Baleno while the sunroof is about to make its debut with the Brezza.
Toyota are likely to offer two engine options with the Hyryder SUV — a 1.5L normal petrol with mild hybrid and a 1.5L normal petrol with a strong hybrid. We expect Toyota to borrow the 1.5L normal petrol engine from Maruti Suzuki for the mild-hybrid setup while Maruti Suzuki might borrow Toyota’s strong hybrid engine for their C-segment SUV.Maruti Suzuki will launch the rebadged version of the Hyryder SUV a few months after Toyota.
