Honda's upcoming 0 Alpha electric SUV was spotted testing recently. The latest spy shots reveal the cabin of the upcoming Honda EV for the first time. Expected to launch in India in early 2027, the 0 Alpha adopts a modern interior packed with screens while retaining a healthy number of physical controls for frequently used functions.
Honda 0 Alpha EV Interior Revealed
The standout feature inside the 0 Alpha is a large free-standing touchscreen infotainment system mounted prominently on the dashboard. Unlike many new EVs that rely almost entirely on touchscreen controls, Honda have retained physical buttons on the centre console for commonly used functions. Key interior highlights visible in the spy images include:
- Large central touchscreen infotainment system
- Relatively large digital driver's display
- 3-spoke flat-bottom steering wheel
- Regenerative braking paddle shifters
- Physical climate control buttons
- Physical seat function controls
- Sculpted dashboard design
The dashboard features a distinctive layered design. However, some elements could change before the production model goes on sale.
Honda 0 Alpha EV Exterior
The production-spec 0 Alpha is expected to remain largely faithful to the concept showcased in 2025. Exterior highlights include:
- Boxy SUV proportions
- Closed-off front grille
- Rectangular headlamp housing
- Slim vertical LED tail lamps
- Squared wheel arches
- Upright tailgate
- Chunky front and rear bumpers
Honda 0 Alpha EV Battery And Rivals
Honda are yet to reveal battery specifications for the 0 Alpha. The Honda 0 Alpha is expected to compete in the growing C-segment electric SUV space against:
- Mahindra BE 6
- Tata Sierra EV
- Hyundai Creta Electric
- MG ZS EV
- Maruti Suzuki e Vitara
- Toyota Urban Cruiser eVitara
Honda 0 Alpha EV India Launch
Honda began testing the 0 Alpha in India earlier this year and the latest interior spy shots suggest development is progressing steadily. We expect Honda to unveil the production-spec model globally before launching the electric SUV in India in early 2027.
