Toyota Kirloskar Motor partnered with the Indian Armed Forces and successfully concluded the Bharat Rannbhoomi Darshan expedition in New Delhi. The nationwide expedition honoured India’s military heritage and paid tribute to the Armed Forces across multiple states and cities.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM), the official mobility partner for the Bharat Rannbhoomi Darshan and the Indian Armed Forces, successfully concluded the nationwide expedition paying tribute to India’s military heritage, valor, and enduring unity. The closing ceremony at the National War Memorial in New Delhi was graced by Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi, in the presence of senior officers from the Indian Armed Forces, including the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and Border Security Force (BSF), along with representatives from civil administration and the Toyota Kirloskar Motor leadership team. The expedition, led by Toyota Hilux vehicles, marked a poignant culmination of a journey honoring courage and resilience.

The expedition commenced on 3 February from Dwarka, Gujarat, and covered over 4,400 kilometres across 14 cities and four states over 23 days. Traversing strategically and historically significant regions, the journey brought together a 32-member contingent comprising personnel from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, BSF, and war veterans, reinforcing a shared message of remembrance, national pride, and respect for the Armed Forces.

As the official mobility partner, Toyota Kirloskar Motor supported the expedition with a fleet of 15 Toyota Hilux vehicles, known for their endurance, durability, and dependability. The vehicles ensured seamless mobility across diverse terrains, including deserts, off-road stretches, and challenging routes, powered by advanced 4x4 capability. TKM also provided comprehensive end-to-end service support, including spare parts and on-ground technical assistance, ensuring uninterrupted movement throughout the journey.

During the expedition, TKM also organized an exclusive ‘Toyota Hilux Experiential Drive’ in Jaisalmer, offering participants firsthand exposure to the Hilux’s 4x4 capabilities and performance across sand dunes. The expedition witnessed widespread public engagement across regions, promoting awareness of India’s military history and reinforcing a collective sense of patriotism. Its conclusion at the National War Memorial reaffirmed national gratitude and unity in honoring those who have served and continue to serve the nation.
