The Tata Nexon EV has 3 labour-free services for the first 15,000km or 1 year 6 months. The Nexon EV yearly service, which requires spares and consumables, costs Rs. 2,301. The mid-year service centre visit, which doesn’t include any spares or consumable replacement for the Nexon EV costs Rs. 1,250. There is one exception to this rule: that’s the 6-month service, which requires replacing the axle oil. Thereafter, the transaxle oil is changed every 4 year or 30,000km. Besides this, the coolant change at every 3-year or 45,000km mark is another notable service cost to lookout for.

For the first 7 years, your average monthly maintenance cost will stand at Rs. 585. If you keep the Nexon EV for 10 years, you can expect to spend Rs. 623 per month on maintenance.

In terms of kilometres, you will have to pay Rs. 0.47-0.70 per km in routine maintenance for the first 70,000-1,05,000km of driving the Nexon EV. If you drive your Nexon EV between 1 lakh and 1.5 lakh kilometre, then the maintenance cost will stretch to Rs. 0.50 - 0.75 per km.
