Tata Motors have given the 2025 Nexon EV 45 a major update with the addition of ADAS, new comfort features, and the launch of a #Dark edition. Prices for the updated Nexon with ADAS start at Rs. 17.29 lakh. 2025 Nexon EV 45 With ADAS: Variant-Wise Prices
The ADAS-equipped Nexon EV is available in 3 new variants, all based on the larger 45kWh battery pack:
The Empowered Plus A and Red #Dark Empowered Plus A variants are costlier by Rs. 30,000 compared to their corresponding Empowered Plus variants.
Nexon EV 45 With ADAS: What’s New?
The highlight of this update is the inclusion of ADAS features, making the Nexon.ev even safer. The ADAS suite includes:
- Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR)
- Lane Centering System (LCS)
- Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
- Lane Keep Assist (LKA)
- Forward Collision Warning (FCW) – detects cars, cyclists, pedestrians
- Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) – for cars, cyclists, pedestrians
- High Beam Assist (HBA)
The new variants also offers additional comfort features such as:
- Rear window sunshade
- Ambient lighting
Nexon.ev #Dark Edition Launched
The new #Dark Edition joins the Nexon.ev portfolio, giving the EV a more stylish and exclusive identity. Key highlights include:
- All-black exterior with darkened accents
- Black leatherette bolstered seats
- Exclusive UI/UX for the 12.3-inch Harman touchscreen infotainment and 10.24-inch digital cluster
- Panoramic sunroof
- V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) charging
- V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) tech
- Wireless phone charging
2025 Nexon EV: Performance & Range
The Nexon EV is offered with 2 battery pack options – 30kWh and 45kWh:
Tata Motors claim that the Nexon EV 45 can achieve 20% - 80% charge in just 40 minutes. The Nexon EV 45 also continues with its lifetime HV battery warranty for the first owner, a unique peace-of-mind offering in the EV segment.
Rivals
The updated Nexon EV 45 now competes with the MG Windsor EV. Mahindra XUV400 EV and the recently-launched VinFast VF6.
