1. Tata Tigor
In the GNCAP crash tests, the Tigor scored 12.52/17 and 34.15/49 for adult and child safety, respectively. In terms of star rating, the Tigor sedan earned a 4-stars safety rating for adults and got 3 stars for child safety.
Except for its electric powertrains, all other variants and powertrains of the Tigor cost less than Rs. 10 lakh (ex-showroom).

2. Honda City 4th Gen
In the GNCAP tests, the 4th generation Honda City sedan scored 12.03 points out of 17 in adult safety and 38.27 out of 49 points in child safety. That results in a 4-star safety rating for adults as well as children. Both of the 4th-gen City’s petrol-manual variants cost less than Rs. 10 lakh.
