5. 2026 Nissan Magnite

2026 Nissan Magnite CNG

Nissan introduced the Magnite CNG in May 2025. At first, it was only available with a 5-speed manual transmission. Fast forward to October 2025 and Nissan announced the Magnite CNG would now be available with the option of a 5-speed AMT too. Unlike the Tata CNG cars listed above, which offer a factory-fitted CNG kit, the Magnite uses a retrofitted CNG kit. The kit, developed by Motozen Fuel Systems, is approved by the government and installed at authorised Nissan retrofitment centres. Although Nissan haven’t officially revealed the power and torque outputs of the Magnite CNG, expect it to be lower than the Magnite equipped with the 1L normal petrol engine, which produces 72PS of power and 96Nm of torque.

The 2026 Magnite CNG is available in the same variants as the Magnite normal petrol, which are Visia, Visia Plus, Acenta, N-Connecta, Tekna and Tekna Plus. The Magnite CNG variants cost Rs. 72,000 more than the corresponding Magnite normal petrol variants.

It is worth noting that as of now, the Magnite CNG is only available in 13 states. You can check out the list of states by clicking the link below:
