The C-HR continues to offer its unique coupe crossover bodystyle while also incorporating Toyota’s new design language. It looks similar to the recently-revealed Prius sedan with a sharp front end. It gets C-shaped LED headlights with integrated LED DRLs and a large lower grille. The GR bodykit further adds larger air ducts and sportier alloy wheels. At the rear, the C-HR comes with a steeply raked rear windscreen and connected LED tail lights.

On the inside, the new C-HR has ditched the asymmetrical dashboard of the previous generation for a new dashboard layout, which looks a lot more modern than before. The dashboard gets a new 12.3-inch infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity. It also gets a new 12.3-inch instrument cluster that also gives you a score depending on the way you drive. Furthermore, it is also more eco-friendly than before thanks to the sustainable material used for different touchpoints and upholstery.

On the powertrain front, the C-HR comes with strong hybrid and plug-in-hybrid powertrain options. It offers 1.8L and 2.0L strong hybrid powertrains and the latter also comes with the option of 4-wheel-drive. It also gets a new 2.0L plug-in-hybrid powertrain that offers an all-electric range of 66km on a single charge. All engine options come mated to an e-CVT transmission.
